shrinking14 my daily journal
i have tried a lot of diets and weightloss groups , but somehow i only succeed at weightloss when i go rogue.
i fair better when i eat what i want and do not count calories or carbs or points or syns and any other counting system
i find that its the restriction of what to eat and not the portion that wears me out.
imagine my relief when i found out that someone with medical training wrote a book based on what i do to lose weight.
i have not done as lil as 10 bites a day but am all for it.
so starting tomorrow 23 June 2014 i will give updates on this lifestyle here.
i am 5'2 and need to lose 60 pounds.
