Hi! I'm hoping for a bit of back and forth as we go.

Hi everybody.  I'm new to this but I'm wanting to catch on quick .  I didn't want to introduce myself if I didn't make it through the first three days.  I've Psyched myself out a couple of times.

I'm 55 and weighed 263 pounds (last Sunday).

I weigh 252.7 today.  TEN + pounds in only four days!!

I want to get down to 160.

I think we just have to find what works for us.  I'm  only eating Five Bites once a day in the evening, before bed.

In conjunction with Dr. Lewis' book (Why Weight Around?) I'm working through a Kindle book I got called 100 Days of Weight Loss: The Secret to Being Successful on Any Diet Plan by Linda Spangle.  So far (all of four days), it's really helped keep my head in the game.  When it says "... Any Diet Plan," it seems to mean it.  It's very suitable with even THIS diet (probably the Best diet in the world).  By the end of "100 Days" I should be well into a maintenance phase.
