Starting: Day 1
Starting today.
Tea, Multivitamin, Probiotic
Lunch: Rolled Half tortilla turkey slice + 2 pcs. broccoli
Dinner: Rolled Half tortilla w/slice of turkey + veggies
Water
Starting weight 175lb

Day 2
Had the same food as day 1.
Tea, Multivitamin, Probiotic
Lunch: Rolled Half tortilla turkey slice + 2 pcs. broccoli
Dinner: Rolled Half tortilla w/slice of turkey + pickle
Water
First day was difficult in the afternoon. Yesterday was my 2nd day and a little easier in the afternoon.
Weight 171.8 on this third morning.
Woohoo 3.2 lb loss (it might be just water weight but I'll take it)

even if it's water weight, it's a step in the right direction because it means your body is using up reserves (if water weight, using carbohydrate reserves!)

Congrats!! . I have started again today. My goal is to lose 30 pounds, lets motivate each other and reach our target.
