the thin within
Yesterday I started this diet. I have yoyoed my way up to 202lbs, and I am only 5'4" tall. I a small boned and my goal weight is 113lbs. I have had a perfect (though difficult.
first day.
Lunch: 1/2 a six inch roasted chicken sub from Subway. 5 bites.
Dinner:same as lunch. 5 bites of a roasted chicken sandwich.
I did 2 pilates tapes, an ab one and a lower body one. I'd like to hit my goal weight (89 lbs lost) in 6-8 months if possible. I hope I can stick to it.

good luck!! i recommend purchasing the book is you haven't done so already. it's truly helpful! plus, dr. lewis has a twitter that he answers.
