Hi misunderstood and congrats on reaching ur first goal!
I only just realised that my big post yesterday didn't show up apart from the first line
I meant to say congrats everyone on ur progress so far and I want to join the challenge
I am on day 7 and start weight is 134.6. Will do my first weigh in tomorrow and do it weekly as suggested by jiffacake and also because I get upset if I don't see any loss after 1 day of doing it properly.
I am hoping to be 122 by beginning of September for me and my partners holiday to Thailand
I managed to get down to 115 about 4 /5 years ago and gained the weight back over the last 3 years just simply by eating very large portions. My ultimate goal is to get to 110 which will give me Bmi of 18.6 by end of November .
Keep up the great work everyone we can do this

I've ate off plan more days than on..went up a few pounds.. starting again tomorrow. Have a happy weekend and stay strong!

I am happy w the loss even though I know it is not 1 lb per day as expected on this diet as I haven't been 100% strict however am happy that I am still sticking to counting bites (usually I would have given up by now)
Today wasn't 100% perfect i had cream and sugar in my morning coffee and 1 glass of cider with dinner however stuck to 5 bites lunch and dinner (had romaine gnocchi for both meals) however if this is what keeps me sane and sticking to my bites I'm not gonna beat myself up for this.
Hoping to be 130 at my weigh in next Saturday
