Hi misunderstood and congrats on reaching ur first goal! flower

I only just realised that my big post yesterday didn't show up apart from the first line Embarassed

I meant to say congrats everyone on ur progress so far and I want to join the challenge Smile

I am on day 7 and start weight is 134.6. Will do my first weigh in tomorrow and do it weekly as suggested by jiffacake and also because I get upset if I don't see any loss after 1 day of doing it properly.

I am hoping to be 122 by beginning of September for me and my partners holiday to Thailand sunny

I managed to get down to 115 about 4 /5 years ago and gained the weight back over the last 3 years just simply by eating very large portions. My ultimate goal is to get to 110 which will give me Bmi of 18.6 by end of November .

Keep up the great work everyone we can do this cheers

Start weight 134.6
Day 8 - 132.0

I am happy w the loss even though I know it is not 1 lb per day as expected on this diet as I haven't been 100% strict however am happy that I am still sticking to counting bites (usually I would have given up by now)

Today wasn't 100% perfect Shocked  i had cream and sugar in my morning coffee and 1 glass of cider with dinner however stuck to 5 bites lunch and dinner (had romaine gnocchi for both meals) however if this is what keeps me sane and sticking to my bites I'm not gonna beat myself up for this.

Hoping to be 130 at my weigh in next Saturday Very Happy

It seems that I've gained a little or stayed the same after I've had the cookies w/ peanut butter, or maybe it's just coincidental. Tomorrow is my 2nd Monday weigh-in, my goal was 162.1 to stay on track to get to 145 by the end of the challenge, but I don't think I will lose 2.3lbs by tomorrow. We will see. Have a great day all!!!

Didn't meet my goal for today, but at least it's a loss. 7.8lbs gone, 18lbs to go by 8/31. Let's keep going! We can do it!
