First day! Empty First day!

Post  abbycat1 Fri Sep 23, 2011 5:30 pm

It's my first day on the 5-bite diet. I'm doing a slightly modified version, as I have a tendency to pass out if I don't have the right amount of protein in my system. My plan was to have a boiled egg at breakfast (about 3-4 bites), 5 bites for lunch around noon, then 5 bites for dinner around 6.

Wellll, I'm trying to "listen to my stomach" ... if it's not talkin', I'm not eatin'. So I had the boiled egg at about 10am, a cup of coffee with splenda and 2 tsp of creamer (yeah it's not calorie-free, but it is only 20 calories per tsp), and lots of water. Stomach still isn't talking, so I assume it's not ready for lunch yet. I'll just hold tight til it tells me different.

Started at 152, goal of 125. Wish me luck!

Welcome!!!! So nice to have another 5 biter to follow. The first 3-4 days are the toughest so hang in there, your stomach my talk alot after your last meal today and before bed so we get to learn how to ignore it and those hunger pangs do get better.
