I'm going to check out stickk.com and see what trouble I can get myself into there!
The one minute bite app is awesome!!!! I'm using that mostly during the week and then just practicing eating without it on Sat. & Sun., but still trying to measure everything.

My weight loss has slowed, so I am going to 20 bites this week. ( I always allow more for Sundays) and see how that goes. I did stay within my bite limit for Sunday, but for some reason I think I need to lower it again!

Things are going slowly now, but down to 191.4!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for all the encouragment and support! 26.8 lbs down

I think the difference this time is that I am not exercising like crazy, so 10 bites seems closer than ever! I can feel my body slowing down. I do bite shifting on special occasions and Sundays and it probably helps to mix it up a little bit. That means I allow myself more bites on Sunday and special occasions like Thanksgiving dinner, Anniversary supper, Christmas ect.

I got on the scales and it said 190.6 this morning!!!! 27.6 lbs down in 1 month 7 days. Counting bites works!!!

Alas, girls I didn't do so well yesterday! My DH convinced me to eat some more last night, so I did, and I ended up with over 50 bites instead of 20-25! But I just got to get up, dust myself off and push restart right? Very Happy None of us are perfect, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't stop trying!

I actually posted on your blog... did it not get accepted? hmmmm Maybe you have accept it? Not sure honey.

No worries on eating with your hubby. I know when mine comes this xmas he will not be able to understand me eating small portions so just sticking with calories will allow me to eat full meals and still lose weight.

You are doing great, herbsgirl! You still amaze me with your motivation and discipline because being on diet has always been a torture for me. Keep on going and don't feel guilty about those 20-25 extra bites. We all need a no diet dinner from time to time.
