Thanks for the compliments!

I am down to 201.4 this morning. Lost another lb. 16.8 lbs in 16 days. I am doing the 8 hour eating window and the rest of the time fasting. My eating window opens at noon, and closes at 8 pm. I eat 3x in that time around 20 bites per time.

Oooooh boy, Intermittent Fasting. I've done some similar IF from time to time. Good idea. Fasting is so much easier than restricting.

I think eating during an 8 hour window is a great plan. You will definitely go to bed hungry on that plan. I should look into it!

Great Job.. I hope you do not have to suffer the fate of the Halloween Candy .. eeeek.. I am dreading it..lol I will be taking my little one out in the next 2 hours.. I did not eat much today so If I partook in some mini chocolate bar it would not through me under the bus.. lol.. Keep going strong girl..xo

Thanks! My weight loss has slowed to around 2.4 lbs a week.... slow! But I know I cant lose a lb a day always!

If you stay on low lose for more than 2- 4 weeks.. go and have a cheat day to confuse your system.. I have read somewhere on here that, that works well.

I agree with Debbie and Snow White. If you really see that you don't lose anymore for more than a week, then do some cardio or eat more than usually for a few days. It works because I've already tried it. But don't worry for now... you are doing great!flower flower flower flower flower

Thanks for the encouragement ladies!  199.2 this morning...I think its time to lower my bites again, scince my weight loss has slowed. I am on aprox 50 a day, so Im going to take my bites down to 30

I still think you're doing just fine. Remember that you've been on this diet for over a month if I'm not wrong, so your body needs to get used to fewer pounds. But you know better than anyone your own body and if you feel that 30 bites will help you lose more than now, go for it. Cool Cool Cool

I think that's part of what is going on with me...my body just needs to get used to this weight for a minute before it gives up any more.
