You're doing great! Keep on going! Are you starting to feel fuller with less food? That is the key for sticking with it and maintaining the loss.

snow white--I am feeling fuller with fewer bites. It's awesome! Even a kids meal looks like a big meal now. Shocked I never thought I would say those words. I don't even really feel like I am on a diet. I'm learning how to throw food away and feel good about it which is so foreign to american society. Not sure about the rest of the world, but yeah.

Ellabella--I have a two year old girl flower

I love 5BD! I just need to be a little more strict to ensure I keep losing bounce

WAHOOO!

WI: 131.8 cheers
I can smell the 120's!!
Oh, and I am officially SMALLER than my pre-pregnancy weight. Never mind that it took me two years to get it off.

B-5 bites of bacon egg and cheese biscuit
L- a few goldfish (wasn't hungry)
D- most of a whataburger jr. and half the fries

I thought I was hungry at 4ish and so I went to whataburger so I could eat in peace because my little girl is sooo demanding in the evening (especially when my husband is working late and isn't home to help--boo)
anyways....once they brought the food out my hunger was gone lol. And the small burger and fries just looked huge! I figured I would just make myself eat, and I did....
hate it when you think your hungry and then BAM. That seems to happen a lot with this WOE. If I just wait a few minutes I usually lose all hunger pangs

I think I'm going to try and resist the urge to weigh for the next few days because I have a feeling I'm going to be stalled for 3-4 days while my body catches up. bounce We will see.

O my gosh guys! On a postive note...I tried on size 4 jeans the other day at JCP just to see if they fit....THEY DO! Granted, not all size 4's there fit me; they have to say "curvy" on them Rolling Eyes haha!

Still waiting on the book too study
