no more excuses
i am tired of wanting to lose weight and just hope one day it will automatically happen. tired of always saying monday and never getting it done. time to get rid of all those excuses. time to lose this weigh once and for all. i am so tired of my clothes not fitting. i am tire of feeling like a failure day in day out, all because i cannot control my eating habits. i have been skinny fat skinny fat skinny fat. i have allow food to control my life for far to long. the longest i have done the 5bd is for 4 days.
starting now no more than 5 bites of food at my next meal.
i will be weighing every day and posting what i eat.
stating weight as of right now 170 lbs
goal 1- 160 lbs
goal 2-150 lbs
goal 3 -140lbs
goal 4- 130 lbs
goal 5 - 120 lbs
goal 6- 110 lbs
ultimate goal weight - 100 lbs
time to get those numbers down sick of feeling fat and being fat.

One thing that could help is to do the 5 bites for as many days as you can and then try just doing it for lunch and have a normal/not a binge dinner. Then do that for a few days and cycle back to 5 bites. Either way you are cutting your intake significantly. We are here for you! You can lose this weight!!!!
