Thank you for posting the daily food.
Are you still doing this? Are you hungry?
Wow, that is not very much food...but I can see now how it works.

I only lost 3 pounds but I ate more food than you did.
About 900 calories a day. And I ate breakfast daily.
I'm going to try no breakfast this week.

Great job!!!!

Yep- controlit- i am doing this faithfully. No slip ups! But the results show- 14 pounds gone in 8 days! No its not much food- but the fact that you can eat WHATEVER you want- is huge for me. Im tired of diet food- leaving out entire food groups-eating unsatisfactory frozen meals- you name it! This may be restrictive- but when you get your head in the game- and are in "the zone" its very rewarding! I want this to be the last diet i ever do! No more excuses. This is it for me. You can do this! Believe me- i have no magic powers. Just following the rules to the letter.This truly is a miracle plan. Happy Saturday to you! Stay strong!

And yes- sometimes i feel hungry- but i know the longer i go- the less that will be a factor. I kinda welcome the feeling now- means im using up my fat stores!

Tammy, you are doing such a wonderful job. I agree with you completely, once you're in the zone (I think I hit "the zone" today Smile), it becomes so much easier. Breaking plan is no longer an option for me - like you, this will be the last diet that I do and I'm determined to get to my goal as quickly as I can. You can do this, I can do this, we all can do this! Thank you for your encouraging and uplifting posts, much appreciated.

Thankyou so much magic! Yes we CAN do this! I am not going to weigh today- i find it much more rewarding and easier on my psychie to just do it every couple days- last night was my first "friends" get together and i was nervous because i didn't want to explain myself. One guy started to talk about how i looked like i lost weight- and i shushed him! Hes like- what? I cant say somethimg? And i said- not now! Haha i just didn't want to explain to the whole group what my deal was. Yes- i was afraid of the critisism- but he dropped it and the only other problem was when they brought out plates of chocolates for each person and i just left mine sitting there. Finally someone asked and i just said- oh im kinda full. The only other bad part was trying to get out of drinking- this is my group that likes to do shots! I just said- im having a bit of tummy trouble- i have to decline. I hated skirting around it- but wasn't ready to talk about it- and was DETERMINED to not go one bite over my 5. And since i have no way of knowing how alcohol works on this plan- i just steered clear. This is my first time on a forum- and i feel it has been invaluable to me. Thanks everyone for your continued support! Happy Sunday everyone!

Haha wow! I've never been someone's hero before! It's just weird- but I just wasn't tempted. I guess I really do have to attribute that to being " in the zone" which I have to say- feels much better than any amount of chocolate or alcohol could!!! Smile

Lol, Food Network has been helping me stay on plan, too. It helps to know that the food isn't necessarily off plan, I just can't have a ton of it!

In any case, so glad you said no and stuck to your guns with the chocolate and booze. That shows real determination, so proud of you!

Well- today is the start of day 11 -been on for 10 days. Didn't lose
Anything the past two days even while being POP - but i am not discouraged because i know my body is adjusting to the weight loss. Still 14 ponds gone in 10 days. I will take it. Gonna stay strong and focused. Cant expect 100 pounds to go in a month. Although that would be fun! Hard to stay completely away from the scale- although thinking about giving it till thursday or so until i weigh again. I have always let the scale rule me- cant let that happen. I ate chinese food last night- im thinking its water retention- golly i love salty food. I do salt things pretty liberally and i know i need to stop that. Its hard tho. Forage on! 5 bites works- i need to stay strong! Happy Monday!

Im not doing inches- i should be. But honestly feel skinnier already- i wont stop- i have no intention to!!! We have to stay strong- -and i feel so much better already that i dont want to ruin it. :-)

Wooo Hooo cheers  you are SUCH an inspiration. since we started at the same weight, I think of you when I'm doubtful. you have so much strength and dedication. CHOCOLATE AND DRINKS!! wine is my biggest fear. I had to tell my friend so she wouldn't offer, she's very supportive. you are great, it's not just your dedication, but your positive attitude! I've already learned from you, you are so right, this IS the last diet, we will ever do!!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Well I am feeling GREAT today! 2 more pound gone!!!!! I was so bummed yesterday when I showed no weight loss for 2 days- but then lo and behold- this morning I dropped 2 in one day! Just like I suspected- I think our bodies have to pause at times to get used to and adjust to our rapid weight loss! This is still a miracle- I simply can't believe how great and fabulous this works if you just STICK TO IT! Which- I must confess has been such a struggle for me in the past- I have always lasted a week or two- maybe even a whole month- but the weight loss is always slow and uninspiring - you feel like it will take FOREVER- and it's so hard to stick to when you don't see results- especially when you have 100 pounds or more to lose! I have felt so positive during these last couple weeks( or actually only 11 days!) except just a couple times when the scale was stuck- even when that happened I tried to see the positive- look at how far I had already come- and how everyone on this forum was cheering me on and each other! You guys help so much- it really makes a difference when people are with you and you don't feel like the struggle is a lonely one! You guys ROCK! Anyway- so happy today- can't wait for the future! The hardest part of this is waiting for the days to go by- you KNOW you will look awesome in just a few weeks- a couple months- it's just exciting to think that THIS is what we all have been waiting for! You guys- this is IT for us! Stay positive- know that this works- and keep 5 biting!!!!!!

That sandwich does sound tasty, lol. I found today that sandwiches keep me full for quite awhile, I think I'll be sticking to sandwiches/hot dogs/burgers for a bit!
