Hello everyone!
I just heard about this diet on the Dr. Oz show. I have been counting calories, working out, and maintaining an eating journal. I have hit a plateau now & am looking for ways to start losing weight again. I look forward to learning more, and gaining more information through members of this forum. Thanks!
