i started on may 1 and i have stuck to it tomorrow will be a week i have not weighed myself yet but i can already feel and see the difference i might weigh myself for another week i really want to be a few sizes down
for my birthday which is June 30th. this morning i had two cups of tea. i plan on have 5bites of a lean cuisine meal dinner i dont know yet.

and im looking to see what the next week has in store! i have followed the plan just the way dr. lewis described.

breakfast:1 hot cup of tea + 2 cups of water

lunch: 4 lean cuisine stuffed pretzels and one thin slice of meat.
dinner: don't know yet

I got the pretzels too- but wouldn't buy again! The first time I microwaved them- nope- no good. The next time I baked them in the oven- but still- no good. Very dry and not much filling. Maybe dipping them in mustard or something may help.

hey just checking in im doing great on the diet better then i thought it will be a month on the first.i wont say i have alot of willpower this is something that i need to do thats why im sticking to it because i want a different life for me and my kids i want to be able to do more activetes with them. and i want to go shopping in regular clothing stores i just want my life back its been a long time since i had one.

Hi everyone hope you all are having a great Friday! I'm going to keep myself accountable by trying to post everyday some days I just want to eat 50 bites but I don't but those thoughts pop up in my mind from time to time lol sometimes I want a normal plate of food.So here goes ,

Breakfast= water & multivitamin
Lunch= 5 bites of combo burrito from taco bell w/ water
Dinner 5 bites of pork stake mashed potatoes and green beans mixed togather and water
