danni, about the 5 Bite Diet Facebook page with 1000+ members: It is a "closed" group, which means only other members of THAT PAGE can see your posts and "likes" there. I also worried about that, because I haven't told any family members, only one person that I know who does some extreme fasting. I've posted some and "like" alot of posts there, and my regular Facebook friends do not see any of that. It's really a nice, supportive group. Facebook is alot easier for me to use on my phone than this site, so I end up spending more time there. It's also much more active than this forum.

Daani you can also make a Facebook profile just for 5 bite diet group there's a few women on there that has a personal facebook and one just for the 5 bite group.

Daani, yep, if you join Spryng's 5 Bite Diet Facebook page, which is the one with over 1000 members, your regular facebook friends will not see that you are a member of it and will not see any of your posts or "likes" on that page.  Pretty cool!  The other 5 Bite Diet page, which I think is the official one and has around 160 members, is public, so don't join that one.  I think this forum is great, but it's nice to have another place to go also.

Hi Leslie. Just wanted you to know that you are my inspiration on this diet (no pressure Lol) I'm so looking forward to your Sept 8th weigh-in because I know you've done well. Our starting points aren't too far off from each other so you give me tons of hope. Thank you so much for being consistent with posting here. I truly feel like reading your journey will help me bit to give up on tough days.

thank you so much fat & sick theres no pressure here lol Very Happy . i need to post here because i know theres lots of people going thru the same thing im going thru theres good and bad days for me as well, it just comes down to this are you gonna let this fat win? asnd when i do have extra bites i ask myself that? and i say no to myself because its been winning over thin for years and the next day i get right back on it.Thats why i dont weigh myself all the time because im not gonna let the scale discourage me from my bigger goal Very Happy

yesterday was so busy for me had to go school shopping for my kids stores were so packed it was a crazy long day so i couldnt post but im back and here goes..bounce

Today
Yesterday day I went to Wal-Mart and I wanted to try different kinds of foods I was getting bored with the same things I have been eating so I bought a lot of different single bite size foods, I got mini Risotto balls three cheese & mushrooms, cream cheese wantons,bite size chicken pot pies,Petite Quiches, Chilis southern style bites, Chili's southwestern style stuffed potato skins,pork potstickers,and some apple cinnamon pies bites. And low fat hot pockets. So today I had a assortment of different bite so here goes...

Breakfast= water & multivitamin
Lunch= 3 bites ir mini quiches & 2 bites of chili's southwestern bites & water
Dinner= 4 bites of quiche & 1 bite risotto ball & water

Hi daani your right you just can't keep eating chicken you have to have variety are else you'll start hating the diet, I got tired of the lean cuisines,and smart ones and with those because there whole dinners I could eat bigger bites and thats not what I want but with the one bite food I no I'm not going over.I'm going to look for more 1 bite things when I go the store and I'll post them here.
