3rd day on the diet. Support NEEDED!!!

First of all, please excuse my English:) Originally,I'm from Poland.
So the first two days was great, was feeling hungry, but ok. Today is my third day, and OMG I was dying for food. Had snickers bar for lunch- 11.30 am!!!!!!!! And dinner at 4.30 - 5 bite of ham sandwich. For the first two days I was eating lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm, but today I was sooooooo hungry. Is it normal on day 3??? Shal I lay off the snickers and eat more healthy stuff??? Or is it better to stick to protein to keep the hunger at bay???? Any tips would be much appreciated!

ill have 3 wks on the diet on thrusday its hard at the beginning and hard other days also.i dont turn to snickers at all its a wast of 5 bites to me it would do nothing for me. just think about it you have 10 bites a day thats 5 for lunch then you have to wait 4 to 5 more hrs for dinner that's a long time to have just had a snicker by a lean cuisine have 5 healthy bites mix you menu up with different foods that have meat in it but hang in there its tuff sometimes lol belive me i know.
