Does anyone workout doing this diet?
I'd like to do carido about 30-45 mins a day...walking, running, etc.
Just wondering if anyone else has an active lifestyle on this diet

Hi there! Yes I workout everyday, I love it. I used to workout doing lots of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Traning) in the past, but since starting the 5BD I walk for 5 miles every morning at a slow pace using ankle and hand weights.

You'll get there sooner than you think. I really recommend C25k (they have free apps both for android&iphone), if you are just beginning your runner's life.

Well, I've read that you mustn't work out on the first three days. After that, you may work out- just make sure not to exhaust yourself.
I personally only walk for 4 m/h for half an hour everyday, and I still lose weight.
