My Journey Journal Empty My Journey Journal

This is the first day of my 5 Bite Diet. I was eating more than 10 bites today but I managed to stop myself from eating a lot more than that. That's what I was eating today:
8 Bites of chocolate
4 Bites of rice
2 Bites of chicken
3 Bites of bread

I guess the rice was appetizing so I will stop eating warm food tomorrow.. I hope I will be able to do that.

My goal for tomorrow:
4 Bites of white chocolate
1/2 Snickers Bar (total of 2 Bites)
4 Bites of ice cream
OR
2 Bites of white chocolate + 2 Bites of ice cream

I will let you know if I stuck to the plan. If not, I am going to exercise more.

Well, my family cooked and the smell made me want to eat so frankly I ate way more than 20 Bites. That's why I'll start over tomorrow.. I knew that it would be tough to keep myself from eating but since I started this diet I won't quit. I did lose 2 lbs because in spite of all that I definitely didn't eat as much as I did last week. But I really need more motivation and distraction! I'm wondering how y'all do with endurance.

Sticking to this diet right now seems to be very difficult. I need help. Please give me some tips as to how you managed to endure this 5BD. I really want to eat 10 Bites only but it's so hard!
Well, this was day two and I ate more than 20 Bites again. Let's see how it goes..

Btw I live in Europe, so right now it's already 7pm GMT. That means the day is almost over.
What I managed to do is to stop eating from 6pm to 2pm. This is helpful because that makes me eat one meal only, or more specifically eat less than 10 to 25 Bites.

I just finished my workout to make up for my additional Bites I had today. I still feel bad for having had more than 10 Bites today, though. But I'll try again tomorrow.

Stick to the Snickers bars onlyl. Supposedly, that makes the transition easier

If you can skip the workout for the first couple of days. Makes you less hungry.

Sorry y'all. I was very busy which is why I didn't stay on track and didn't have time to tell you what was going on. I will start again tomorrow, and this time I will only eat snicker bars for the first couple of days. Additionally, I will try to skip my workouts (thanks for the advice Daani) and I will let you know when I feel like cheating or if I have food cravings etc.
