While 'Pro' behaviours are asked to be kept to a minimum on the forums themselves they are not restricted however support for people looking for genuine support must be provided! -- Be kind to each other -- Respect a persons condition (regardless of the Disorder or Stage they are at in either personal life or in there Eating Disorder) -- When asking to gain access to this section PLEASE don't be embarrassed, hesitant or shy - no judgments will be passed and this forum was made for a reason! : ) -- Venting is good! just remember to support each other -- The forum is opened to all Sexes and Genders and descrimination based on any aspect of a person will not be looked upon favourably -- When the Forum is opened there will be a male and a female section as well as a combined section - incase anyone would like to post more 'private' or 'specific' things.

So the last few days hasn't been a steady decline:/
Anyone else have some up days mix with down days? I was sure today would be low....yesterday I ate very little:/

Have you thought about maybe weighing yourself only once a week? Daily fluctuations are very normal and nothing to worry about, but I know it can be discouraging when you're putting in the hard work yet not seeing results. Hang in there!

For me, I have no idea if I have up and down days because I don't weigh myself at all! Seriously, my scale is a cheap piece of crap that gives vastly different readings from one minute to the next (up to 15lbs difference, that's what I get for buying a scale from the dollar store Razz ). I measure my inches instead and I think it's easier to track your progress that way because inches don't fluctuate in the same way pounds do.
