thanks latha, many people have their own approach, whatever will make them stick to it without feeling depraved of their specific needs. You're right, I need to add more nutrition to my meals. You have good portion ideas.
I have decided to make it easy for myself and just make some taco soup that includes tomatoes, corn, meat, different types of beans, might add green beans to the soup too. We bought some fruit last night too. I can just take 10 bites of that for dinner, not sure how I will shake lunch time, but I can eat an extra 200 calories today because I burn 214 so far walking this morning. I will burn about 100 more today.

Tuesday and Wednesday
Tuesday didn't weigh in
lunch - snicker
dinner -10 bites of taco soup
exercise - walked and burned 250 calories
Wednesday didn't weight in
lunch- wake-up caffeine bar
dinner- so stressed, ate big bowl of taco soup,
ate m&ms 30 minutes later for comfort (should of chose some grapes, my hubby bought me some m&ms
)
exercise - walked and burned almost about 270 calories
Seems like I'm only getting worst rather than better. I better find a way to get back on track and lose another 10 pounds fast!

Rhee, you are doing good with what you are eating. I am sure if we stick to this we will lose weight. Lets struggle and try to lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

Thanks latha for the encouragement. That's a good idea to set a short term goal for 10 pounds in 10 days. That would be much easier to aim for. One day at a time - one pound a day. I haven't ate today yet, so I'm gonna get back on board with no more than 15 bites a day, cos I lost 1 pound per day like dat.
I know you can do it too. Lets lose 1 pound today - at least. You can lose 2 pounds per day. I'm not weighing in for at least a couple days. I didn't do well yesterday, But I will LOSE today

Skipped breakfast AND lunch - didn't weigh in
dinner - 2 parmesan patties
one piece of bread
a few baby carrots and grapes
exercise- walked very little - burned about 100 calories
