im 254 pounds and im ready to lose weight. There is a wait loss chalange going on i want to lose 11 pounds a week. For lunch today, I had 5 bites of soup. I will cut up five bites of veggies for dinner.

I will be weighing every monday so i can see amazing results. remember my starting weight is 254. i will write what i eat every day though. i got a bad head ache right now... weird.

im back again and im ready to five bite. im five biteing with voila to start. voila is like a frozen meal in a bag. so i warm it up and put it is my little containers, 5 spoonfuls in each. ill do another post today after i have eaten today.
my starting weight is 246
my current weight is 246
my goal weight this week is 236
my ultimate goal is 108

Im back for the third time around. time to do some serious Five Biting. i have to get down as small as i can by September 2. i have a docters appointment that day and i want a clean bill of health. i hve diabetes and i dont want it anymore. so i start five biting tomorrow. i will do the tradional five bite. if i lose the 10 pounds per week i will have lost 140 pounds when this is all over. i weigh 250 pounds now so i will be 110 pounds. wish me luck

Comments: today i felt kind of nauseous. I drank a lot of water. I am going to try my first attempt at exercise in a while. I am going to do girl pushups, sit ups and jog. i will max out on each. ill update with the results.

Welcome back!!! I had read your journal and I think doing the first 3 days at home is a great idea!!! Get you over the hardest part before you go back to work, then when you go back have a game plan for no failure at work. You can do this!!! Smile

I've been on the plan 10 days now and it's like second nature to me. The first 4 days were the hardest for me but since then it's been smooth sailing. So I'll be here to support you for sure, stay strong!!! Smile

day three and i have just weighed myself to discover ive already lost 6 pounds....only fourteen to go!! So happy....energy starting to increase and just finished my snickers bar and struggled to finish it!!! Very Happy

i always go off the diet and then come back. this time im for real. i want to give myself 12 weeks. at 10 pounds a week thats 120 pounds i currently weigh 241. i want to join the airforce so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ima keep a diary and write what i ate at the end of the day. albino

That's great that you have a goal to motivate you! Ten pounds a week is a lot! But if you're really motivated, you can do anything! Did you read the dr.'s book????

so i have 18 weeks and at 10 pounds a week thats more than enough weight to take home the gold!!!! so i will weigh in the morning and give ya a base weight. night

ok so i stepped on the scale this morning and i weigh 243.8 pounds. i will weigh in every saturday morning so i should see some significant change weekly.
