Thats really nice.. Congrats!!. I should measure my inches too. Your determination in following the diet inspite of fallout on somedays motivates me. I will stick with 5 bite for dinner today.

overate today in the evening, but it's alright. tomorrow is a new day. i'm going to focus on just eating simple things: protein bars and breakfast bars, for the next few days.

and today is back to the routine

what should i do if i fall off the wagon?
very simply, climb aboard and get started again. i dream everyone who reads this book will adhere to the regimen from start to finish, but then again, i am just dreaming. there will be times when you eat way too much, but don't give up! every time you successfully eat less, it counts. if you have been lying in the road for a few days, you may need to devote a few additional days to re-establishing your hungerstat, but the benefits will be well worth the sacrifice.

Your posting from the book is really motivating. I always wanted to quit and go eat a lot, but this really encourage people to continue it. I think I should buy the book and read it.

also, today has gone well, considering the past 2 days.
5 bites of cake.
