Monday Check In!  Empty Monday Check In!

Happy Monday everyone. I didn’t do any weight checks after Friday last week and I also was off plan this past weekend. So my most recent stats are 5 pounds lost in 5 days. 188 down to 183!

Anyway, I’m back on it and it’s actually so much easier.

Breakfast: apple cranberry black tea (no sugar)
Lunch: 5 bites tuna sandwich on multigrain bread
Dinner: 5 bites roast beef w green beans
Snack: hazelnut coffee with half and half w 2 splenda
Drink: ACV “hot cider” - ACV, lemon, 1 tsp manuka honey, cinnamon, added a satchel of turmeric ginger organic tea for more digestive support.

I won’t be doing daily weigh ins anymore, I will weigh in weekly on Friday mornings and/or Monday mornings.

Hope everyone else has a good day and sticks to their plan this week! That’s what this all comes down to, willpower and discipline.
