Happy Monday everyone!

I was not strict with my bites this weekend but definitely had moments of overeating which I'm planning to reign back in and get under control. The only way is to acknowledge it, understand why and get back to the plan. I also decided to ease up on the gas as I can't anticipate my meals or plans. Happy to see a loss nonetheless!

10/4 wt: 185.6
10/7 wt: 182.02


Friday 10/4 bites:

lunch: 6 bites egg cups
dinner: 8 bites chicken broccoli alfredo
1 slice pepperoni and bacon pizza (didn't even taste that good!)
1 serving spicy peanuts (170 cals)

Saturday 10/5 bites:

lunch: 6 bites egg cups
dinner: 8 bites cheeseburger (no bun)
1 cup movie theatre popcorn (we saw Joker this weekend!)
3 strawberry sour power straws
handful of cheez-its

Sunday 10/6 bites:

breakfast: 15 bites scrambled eggs w cheddar, bacon and sausage
drink: dunkin donuts small iced macchiato (80 cals)
dinner: 25 bites grilled salmon w spinach
1 mini bag of popcorn
1 snickers bar
2 Ritz toasted chips, whole grain
