Hump Day Check In, lowering my bites one bite at a time!
Hi All!
Bites for Tuesday, 10/8:
breakfast: jasmine green tea
lunch: 7 bites chicken broccoli alfredo
snack: Oscar Mayer Protein P3 Pack (turkey, almonds, colby jack cheese) - 180 cals
dinner: 10 bites sesame chicken and white rice
drink: turmeric ginger tea w ACV, 1/2 tsp honey, and cinnamon (thinking of having this before dinner instead as a digestion aid)
Don't be afraid to fast and eat small!
