Hi All!

So I've started and stopped the 5 bite diet too many times to count (ugh the frustration), so I'm finally ready to admit defeat and move ahead with some goals I can actually maintain! Voila! Along comes the 20 bite diet! Not a new new concept here but just adding some more bites and more frequently. 5 bites at breakfast, 5 bites at lunch, 10 bites at dinner. I doubled my dinner intake as I'm a late night snacker and wanted enough sustenance to make it without sneaking to the fridge at night.

I'll log in here and my Foodility App to keep track.

Breakfast - Coffee w/a splash of cream, 5 bites Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant @ 9:30 AM
Lunch - 5 bites Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant @ 1:30 PM
Dinner - 10 bites Grilled Spam and Cheese sandwich @ 7:30 PM

SW: 198 lbs
GW: 125 lbs

Also, I know this forum is DEADDDDDD but there are some lurkers out there looking for support like I was. I hope this helps inspire you!

Breakfast - 5 bites BEC croissant @11:00 AM
Lunch- 10 bites salmon with bok choy @3:00 PM
Dinner - 10 bites Spicy Chicken empanada @ 7:30 PM
Other - Margarita, it's Friday FFS!

Breakfast - 8 bites seafood empanada
Lunch - 20 bites beef empanada/ mozzarella and guava empanada
Dinner - No bites counted, Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes, champange

Brunch: 30 bites Bacon, tomato, onion cheddar omelette w home fries
Other: Sweet Tea

SW: 198 lbs
CW: 196.5 lbs
GW: 125 lbs

I've decided to do my weigh ins, once a week on Fridays. Averaged about 40 bites a day during the weekend.
