I decided to give my journal title a positive spin with the word "Success" built in! Can't hurt! LOL! I am starting over again with the 5BD. Why you ask? Because I know this diet works even though it's tough for the first few days! I am going to stick this one out! I have a firm plan in hand for when the going gets tough and it's foolproof!! I am going to get this weight off NOW!!! I plan to lose about 8-10 lbs. the first week and then hopefully about 3lbs. a week thereafter (except during that TOM). What a Face

Starting weight: - 9/3/10 - 205.7
1st goal weight: - 10/3/10 - 186
2nd goal weight: - 11/3/10 - 177
3rd goal weight: - 12/3/10 - 168
4th goal weight: - 1/3/11 - 159
5th goal weight: - 2/3/11 - 150 - I will be very happy to get to this point!!
6th goal weight: - 3/3/11 - 141
7th goal weight: - 4/3/11 - 132 - I will be very happy to maintain at this weight!!
8th goal weight: - 5/3/11 - 123 - Ultimate goal weight!

Now that my goals are outlined I just need to follow through and do the work to get there!
