1 egg sandwich (which i finished in 6 bites)
Bites total for lunch and dinner: 16 >.<

2 slices of bread
Bites total for lunch and dinner: 16 >.<

Day 2
Today i managed to cut down the number of bites...a little bit at least
Breakfast
1 apple
Lunch
6 small pieces of sushi
Dinner
2 timbits
2 small pieces of sushi
1 small meat/veggie filled bun (2 bites)
Total number of bites for lunch and dinner:12

Past two days were a COMPLETE FAIL
Day #3
breakfast:
1 apple
lunch:
rice, veggies, egg, cookie (5 bites)
snack:
5 dumplings, 3 cookies
dinner:
1 plate of food: noodles, salad...
Day #4
breakfast:
noodles/dumplings (5 bites)
lunch:
1 plate of rice, veggies, fish
snack:
5 cookies
dinner:
1 plate of noodles, 1 cup of chocolate milk
This happened mostly due to social functions where i was tempted with food
however i shall restart on monday...weekdays are A LOT easier than weekends.
