I lost 9 lbs in a week! I didnt gain from eating a bit more at the wedding, I didnt lose either.

Weight 150

L- 5 bites pizza

I was at 149!! this morning Smile I lost 10 lbs in 8 days. I just got home from work and was so hungry, I had 6 bite size snickers, a handful of baked potato chips and then I was craving peaches and cottage cheese, I put some in a bowl and had 3 bites and I'm stuffed! I had 5 bites of ham sandwich for lunch. I dont feel like I blew it, I'll just call that my supper! I would love to be at 139 next Mon, Labor Day, that's my next mini goal. Hubby told me when I weigh 120 he'll let me spend $300 on clothes!! Oh yeah baby I'm on fire now!! Wow this post is rambling on and on Laughing

I went way over my bites yesterday and do not like that stuffed feeling! Today I'm back on and excited to see where it takes me. I'm going to weigh in on Mondays only just so I can be schocked by all the weight lost Surprised

So I ate what I wanted to today and I'm disappointed, I feel fat and dont like that feeling. I'm feeling down about it, but will get right back on track. I'm making burrito casserole and strawberry cheesecake for supper but wont eat any because I'm still full.

that is the right attitude to have... just get right back on pan. Can't do anything about your prior meals now so don't beat yourself up about it. We've all been there. For me personally week 2 was the toughest mentally and that is where you are now right? I battled cravings etc even though I wasn't physically hungry the cravings turned into a weird physical sensation and I just wanted to eat! so I did and it passed so hopefully you'll feel it pass soon too and can refocus again. So hang in there, the results will be so worth it and remember this diet isn't for life. Its temporary and fast so stick with it so the faster you can get off of it and back to life enjoying your new body Smile (that is the mental motivation I give myself too just about everyday) and it works most days Smile

Oh my gosh, I'm in week 2 also and it's where I've had the most extra bites! It must be the most challenging week on the plan. Just take it one day at a time, ewhetstone. I saw we just get thru this 2nd week and that means week 3 will be a piece of cake, so to speak!! Very Happy

Today wasn't perfect but it was way better than yesterday.

L 5 bites steak egg and bagel sandwich
S 10 bites total mashed potatos, chicken and sweet corn
2 bites butterfinger

I'm excited for tomorrow and I'm going to start taking my b12 vitamins

That is so true, last night I had pizza for dinner, and I drank water before eating it to make sure I don't eat more than the 5 bites and after 3 bites I was almost full, I eat slowly and try to finish my bites in 15-20 minutes, by the time I had my fifth bite I was stuffed, I did not even finish the slice and it was a small slice Very Happy

yes b vitamins really do make you feel better. I take the daily and it helps my mood and energy levels for sure.

schnookie that is great! its so great to enjoy the foods we love still.. I just love this diet for that.

Yesterday was an epic diet failure! Mad Today I'm doing the diet perfectly. I'm taking 1 day at a time, so I'll be concentrating on today!

I ate whatever and whenever I wanted this week! I'm weighing myself tomorrow morning but I'm restarting right now!
After reading all the inspiring posts it just reminded me how good I felt doing 5 bites. The last time I weighed I was at 150 so I'm very curious to see how much I gained the last 7 days!
