Omg! I just read your entire journal and I am SO inspired. I am starting (again) at 146 and my goal is 115. I'm in the Army so I'm not "allowed" to weigh less than that for my height (5'5"). I think I will try to eat the way u did by just following your log from start to finish lol. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks for the motivation!!

My only advice really is to keep hydrated and if you are feeling really hungry then try some vegetable broth (better flavor) Once you get past the first week, it gets easier and keep up with the challenges because it really does make a difference when you are challenging yourself to stay on task and lose as much as you can This diet does work and in my opinion you can exercise, but I would keep it light for weights-cardio is great-yoga even better!
