Lowering my bites helped! 197.6 lbs this morning 20.6 lbs lost in 24 days.

30 bites a day! I was looking back at Spryng's journal and she did bite shifting where she would eat 20 bites one day, 10 bites, 30 bites ect surprising her body and I think it helped her.

I also thought about adding in a 5 bite day (10) once a week and then upping it as needed. Spryng also did 7 day 5 bite challenges. That sounds much more doable than 5 bites all the time for me!

That sounds like a great idea. She had more problems with losing slower but she never gave up.. just a amazing girl. You are doing soooooooooo amazing girl.. 20lbs in 24 days.. wow .. you are a machine.. bounce

This weekend went good! I was 194.4 lbs this morning! 23.8 lbs in 26 days 30 bites works! Im sure I might have to lower it some more, but so far 30 is working.

Don't lower anything as long as it gives results. You'll see that at a certain point you'll reach a plateau (I hope not, but it usually happens), and then you can lower the bites. You are doing awesome!!!!!!bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce cheers cheers cheers cheers cheers

Thanks Ellabella:D Very Happy  I did see 193.4 this morning on the scales! The scales gives me different numbers but I saw this one! I am losing at the pace of around 5 lbs a week right now.

Thanks girls! My stomach is this tiny shrunk up little pouch now! And it happened without surgery or lapband or gastric bypass! It didn't cost me much, I just used Stickk.com to make commitments, I used my 99 cents app to keep track of bites and 1 minute or so between bites. Seriously, I barely eat a few bites and swallow a little water and Im already starting to feel full! Its amazing also that my sugar cravings and cravings for bad food have went from 200% to 5%!!!!!!!!!!!!  

 Today is my one month mark for counting bites.

Breakast 12 bites leftover steak and cheese subway sandwich, some tuna salad, and some other tuna salad

Lunch/snack: 6 bites more leftover steak and cheese sandwich

Supper:

Thanks girls!! I also incorporate intermittent fasting with my eating, which means I only Eat between NOON and 8 PM, and I also ONLY eat 3 times per day, this helps lower the cravings for sugar and stuff. ITs called the 8 hour diet and you can do any eating plan with it. They say it helps to boost weight loss ect, or whatever when you do your eating plan and only eat in a 8 hour period. The 3 times a day idea came from No S diet, because having set eating times really seems to work for me. Also Dr. Lewis recommended very similar eating, He says to skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner, basicly the same thing I am doing only just eating 3x instead of 2


The scales said 192.6 today! 25.6 lbs down
