You're absolutely right! The alternative is no longer an option! I'm so proud of you! And anyone who has negative things to say about your great loss should just be ignored. They are not worth the trouble!!!
I can't wait till I get down to few bites again, cause these days 30 honestly just feels like too much, especially cause I'm exactly like you, i love rich food!!! Maybe I should go down sooner than I had planned. We'll see.

Really inspiring! Good work! I just started and am going to follow your plan. Can you explain to me why you take multivitamins and fish oil with every meal? Congrats on your success! I would like to lose about 40 more pounds. I am down 8 since Jan 1 without following this plan...just cutting out junk.

Hi! I take multivitamins and fish oil because I cannot mentally or Physically get along without them, I take them for mood boosting benefits ect ect. Also I started feeling better when I started a 6 a day multivitamin vs. when I wasnt taking it on the bite counting system!

Thanks everyone! I am still here I have maintained my weight for close to 7 weeks now, I am counting bites as a Lifestyle Change, I eat 3 meals a day

They say maintenance can be even harder than dieting. You'll have to let us know if that's true!
Going to read your blog entries now...

45 bites & you are maintaining...I'm not sure I'll every be able to eat that much....My metabolism and my PCOS which effects insulin resistance would get in the way. Also, I love binging...I'll have to find something positive to binge on and shift this momentum in a different direction.
