The Diet Team Challange!!!!
Today begins the diet challenge. Right now there are two Teams. Rachee and I are the rather undesignated team captains.
The Rules:
Weigh in day is Monday.
Total lbs lost each week will be added together.
There will be a winner each week.
Once a team member meets their goals they become a "Cheerleader" for their team.
***Have a starting weight for this week because the first weigh in is Monday***
We will all meet back here to track progress.
Anyone can join, anytime, just jump in. Make a post with what team you are on and your weight loss and it will be added into the total. Right now each team has two members, so pick a side (please try to keep sides a little even). The point of this is for good clean funand to have some competition motivate us.
May the best team win See you back Monday.

Hey guys...
I'd like to join one of your teams - i am new to this forum, so I don't know anyone. Just assign me to a team if that's OK. I am officially starting tomorrow (15th may (i am not in the US)) and will post my weight then. According to Dr Lewis' homepage my goal weight is 110lbs. I posted in my intro that I wanted to lose 25 lbs, but with this goal it will be more like 40 lbs, i think. But I am up for the challenge. May the best team win. Good luck to all of you!
Edit: Weighed myself this morning. Starting weight is exactly 150lbs.

Add me to a team also. My starting wieght is 212 lbs. My goal wieght for now is 155, but I may want to get lower than that even. I am 5 feet 6 inches.

I don't know which team I am in and I also don't know if this already counts, cause I haven't been on the diet for a whole week yet. Anyways, I've started with 150 and this morning I was 145.8, so I'd contribute an awesome 4.2lbs loss to whichever team I am in.

You are really coming along kitty with your wieght loss! 4.2 lbs off Im sure is a good feeling for you!
I have lost 3.4 lbs and I am on day 3 of this diet. Starting weight 212 and wieght this morning was 208.6

Its really up to the two of you. You can pick either Rachee's team or mine but try to keep the teams even. Thats awesome Kitty about the weightloss. I lost 2lbs this weekend after gaining some back a week ago but my weightloss is two lbs for this week.
