I just joined this forum today 6/7/12, so I won't began logging my bites until tomorrow. But this is days 3 for me on the diet.

Here are my stats:
SW--132
CW--128.5 (3.5 pounds removed in 3 days flower
GW--110

Kimikat3--- Thank you, I hope so. So far, it hasn't been that bad. I know the weekends are probably going be a little more challenging, but I am going to hold on tight to my God and give it my best shot. God bless:)

I struggled on my first Sunday... That is usually my "veg on the couch day"... Just had to switch it up a bit. Folded laundry while watching a movie... Those little things make a difference.

Heaven You will reach your goal quickly if you stick to the plan and I find it easy to do if you are not to much of an emotional eater. I am an emotional eater and there have been days and this past week that it has been hard to stick with. The lower food intake is really not that hard knowing that you can eat anything in those bites, it makes you feel that all foods are good to go and not off limits like other diets. Good luck to you.

on the weighting yourself I do every day just to see the scale but my official weight and inches lost are Monday's and as long as I'm not gaining a huge amount on Monday I'm good with it. I do like to see the scale go down every day though. I think it's your decision, if you would get disappointed for the scales to go up and it throw you off track then weight once a week. If you need motivation weight everyday.

Mommie--I can be an emotional eater too, but I feel good about this diet. I am just going to hop on the scale once per week on Fridays. And on the weekends I am gonna have 15 bites instead of the 10. I will keep you guys posted.

B--Coffee w/a splash of creamer
L--5B of egg & cheese sandwich on whole grain bread; (1B) of chicken.
D-- 5B of cheeseburger w/fries in middle; (2B) of snack bar.

*lots of unsweetened ice tea & water.

On my way to the beach bounce sunny Probably will allow myself 3 to 5B of something else before the night is over. Good day all....keep positive.

Update: too many extra bites to count.

B--(3B) beacon-egg-cheese sandwich; (2B) orange; diet coke & soda.

Heaven's Journal from 130lbs to 110lbs Empty Days 1,2,3

Well, days 1-3 have been rocky for me. I am not going to beat myself up about it because it does me no good. I went over my bites on all three days, so tomorrow is back on the wagon. I will report back on Friday for weigh in. My goal is to reach 124 pounds by then. I know the last time I hopped on the scale I was 128.5, but probably put on a couple of LBs since. Keep me in your prayers and I will report my great news on Friday:)

ON the wagon is better than off even though we slip sometime it's good to pick yourself up and dust off that week and start on a new day. I'm sure you will reach your goal this week.
