hey guys thanks for the encouragement. i really need it i really and truly struggle with night time eat alot. i am going to give the snickers day a try for sure. btw i am 5 ft 1 so i look short and very fat, all my weight is on my upper body

i cant believe i am not hungry this is wonderful Very Happy. i feel so happy to finally get past day one the furthest i ever lasted was day 3 so i will and can do it Smile

i felt really hungry today but i am drinking myself full with water to keep me on track. i cant wait to get past the hunger pangs and dizzy feeling.

I look back and i never made it through a week i have no will power. i feel to constantly eat. i have not gain any weigh as yet will see in the morning but it suck right now. i am sure you guys know that fat feeling after a binge with all the guilt. oh well time to start clean 11/11/12. thats my new beginning i am aiming for 3 weeks thats all i need. i can try to do my best. i think i need breakfast to help me out so 5 bite 3x a day until i can commit to 2x a day. makes so much sense for me. i get hungry about 10 am have my lunch early then dinner around 3pm and i am left hungry for the rest of the night. i will just have my late dinner at 8 pm so mu new meal times are 10am, 3pm and 8 pm wow. let me see how i do and will report back to you guys tomorrow. i dont have any diet coke so i might start monday. i will still try tomorrow with out the diet coke and see how it goes. 5 bites it all i need to know how the food taste like. gn all

Did you try the 30 bites per day? Maybe it will be much easier for you to eat 10 bites each meal for now and then work it out to 5 bites Very Happy

i am so stresses at the moment i really love this diet because it does work. i have to stop failing you five bites. i must say i am sorry for cheating on you in the pass and i want us to get back together and be happy. we do so good together and i keep messing up our relationship. i know that at times i hate you and want to cheat on you but i have to remember that i am going to be committed to you and only you. now starting from tomorrow i am going to make things right in my life thanks to you. Smile

so i made up my mind and i am finally back on track with 5 bites. it is really a mental thing for me. so far i did good resisted all the temptations and hope to lose big tomorrow. i love this diet. i am committing from now till christmas to do it. i will teat myself on christmas day. i feel like i can take on any challenge right now. i am so glad that i got my mind ready. i keep telling myself when i get tempted that i can do it, it is the most important thing. my health is more important than anything in the world.

started the diet this week at 164
5 days later i was down to 158
today i am up 2 pounds due to my period is this normal?
i feel like going off plan but dont want to until christmas day

so i went off plan Sad i am back up where i started 165
time to jump right back on tomorrow i want to be in the 150's. only this diet can do it for me time to do it perfectly if i want to see the 150's
