i am 25, 5"9, 159 lbs, my goal is 125 lbs.
I have been on and off the 5 bite diet.
I ready to start tomorrow and stick with it as much as i can.

A new challenge is starting on Friday...come by and join in! Since you've been on and off you know consistency is the key. This is the only diet that I have ever seen that could actually deliver fullproof results. Good luck! : )))))))))

Thanks Snow white. i start of well and by day three, i had to go to a get together. Since i dont like people commenting on my weight, or food habits, i binged and had 3 beers. i felt fat and guilty. any tips for social events and how to not fall for the traps people set you?

My no fail tips are two things.. one you can say you just ate and are still full so you nibble on 5 bites of something yummy while there.. or you have your 5 bites and if anyone notices you are not still eating you can say your stomach is a bit upset .. this works for me anytime I'm in a social situation whether it's eating out or having people over while I'm 5 biting.. as soon as I say I have an upset stomach everyone says, oh yeah, maybe just drink some water and there is no more mention of it.. love that! Remember you can still enjoy food while in a social situation.. enjoy your 5 bites of something really yummy and then mingle with a glass of calorie free beverage. Everyone else will be over eating or drinking and feeling horrible by the end of the night.. pants getting tight etc and you'll be feeling great and thin, it's a nice feeling believe me Smile

Soorrry i have not been on this site for while...grad school and law school has consumed me. i am 154lbs now. however i have not been on the 5 bite 100%. i plan on sticking starting Monday. thanks for the support ladies. Very Happy
