Don't worry about the size of your bites...even 5 huge bites is still just a little bit of food. High protein will definitely help you desire less food. Carbs make you crave food. I love carbs, but I know what the evil little bleeps do! You could even play with it with your bites...like 3 protein, 2 carbs or 4 protein, 1 carbs. I would never go less than 3 bites of protein because it will only cause you great suffering with the hunger that the extra carbs will bring.
