5 Bites To Fast-5
Hi everyone! I'm starting this tomorrow. My current weight as of this morning was 142. My first goal is 120 with a final goal of probably 110. I'm 5'2 and small boned. Two years ago I was 119 pounds by following the Fast-5 lifestyle. Fell off the wagon and it's been tough to get back on. I think this will be a good kick start to get back to that.
I had been trying to hit it hard with workouts these last few months to try and get the weight off and I kept getting injured in some way or another. Last injury is a stress fracture in my left foot. It's healing, feels better than it did.
My exercise of choice for a while will be yoga or pilates.
I'll report back tomorrow after my first full day. Wish me luck!
