Doing Good Feels good To be Back On Plan Today is Day ,8 I like The App I Wish It Would Count And Track Bites But Its Helping Me To take Time Eating Seems Way Better Very Happy

The 99 cents version of the app does count and track your bites. called Eat Slower Pro. I think its well worth it

DMAC you are very close in weight to me! I started over 200 now, like you, I just got into the 180s!!

Thanks it was I got back on plan for a day then back off plan today was my sons birthday back on plan tomorrow I haven't posted in a bit my phone was being a pain but I've got a new one hopefully this will bee easier now seems to be

I found out peanut butter really makes a difference too! See my blog post about a bite of peanut butter at each meal, really helps one stay on track!

I did see your blog it was very interesting sometimes I do the peanut butter Snickers they seem to really satisfy for me even tho  they are a little bit smaller than the normal Snickers maybe its because of the peanut butter

I'm eating a spoonful of peanut butter with each meal for a while to help me get my protein. I love it! It's really yummy!
