Day 2. 

I'm trying to stay motivated and today for lunch had something healthy, which actually worked better for me. 

Chia seeds (very filling), greek yogurt, raspberries& whole grain toast.

Quality over quantity. 

I know this is much more of a mental game (particularly first 3 days), so I'm going to do my best to stay motivated and busy!

Great Job.. I have to eat fat or protien with each meal or I am going nuts in one hour looking for food.. Its great you can do this so healthy!cheers

Well it was an experiment but I should add I was starving few hours later!
Haha
I ended up eating turkey chili beans for dinner & I put salted whole almonds in there

As gross as that sounds it was really filling

I found by day 3 I was no longer looking for food.. I was just going through my day and finding myself at dinner.. I can go all day with just a tea in the morning and a diet cola mid day.. then 5 bites dinner and 5 bites late night snack.. but its not always easy.. your body will fight back from time to time.. You can do it girl!!!

I also got some diet cola
Woke up this morning not hungry
I think it is getting easier !

Mental Game Empty STATS - 4 Days

Wanting to lose a stone (14-15lbs) as of June 25th. From there, we'll reevaluate. 


Day1: 143lbs
Day2: unknown
Day3: 140lbs 
Day4: 139lbs!!!




4 days, 4 pounds!
