So, I got very frustrated and gave up on myself. But now I'm back and I feel stronger than ever! I haven't weighed myself for awhile, my scale needs new batteries. I feel like I do way better when I don't weigh myself but I must say it does suck not knowing. Since I have alot of weight to lose, I decided to switch the diet up. I'm not really doing 5 bites but I am trying to stay close to the same amount of calories. So, basically I'm counting calories which sucks but I'm hoping by staying low on the calories that I will get close to the same results as the 5 bite diet. I plan on going strictly on the 5 bite diet when I get close to my goal weight. Anyways, I will be back in a few weeks to update. Good Luck everyone!
