hi all!

current weight 132.5
immediate goal 130
next goal 128
final goal 125

post-shoot

goal 118lbs


I found a post from JUNE and have only lost about 2-3lbs since then but have been on/off diet consistently. this has really put things into perspective for me and made me ask myself: "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??"

I would really appreciate support for my focus and not getting too down on myself. Does anyone by the way consistently lose 2lbs or 1.5lb a day? any tips/advice to do that would be great!
