Thank you so much girls!

Yesterday I was at 141.5 but today I'm back at 141.7 lbs. On Saturday I ate popcorn and 1 Snickers bar and yesterday 1 piece of persimmon and instant noodles (120 grams -too much,I wasn't even hungry after eating half of it, but as usually I couldn't put my plate away).
Today, I'd like to go back to pasta and soup, I'm not sure. I'll let you know tomorrow. Smile

Keep on keeping on! Consistency is key! the scales will go down if you are faithful! I have weight flucations too. That's why I like to enter my weights in a graph with a moving average, it levels out the ups and downs and tells you your true predicted weight.

Weight today: 141.1 lbs. Yesterday I made pizza and madeleines but I only ate around 10 bites of pizza. So I'm happy that I stayed away from the cookies. Yay! I also had 1 big apple and 2 mandarins.

Thank you for the link Herbsgirl, it's very kind of you but I don't have an iPhone. I'm actually against this brand of smartphone after watching several television coverage on how Chinese people are exploited in Apple factories.

Great job on the weight loss!!! I knew that .2 wouldn't last!
Do you not count fruit as part of the 10 bites? Maybe i should allow myself 1 fruit outside of my 10 bites. I've been trying to eat dense food to help not be too hungry, but i really miss my fruit.

Blaqpepa, I actually haven't counted my bites for several weeks now. I only do it when I eat very calorific food. I try to eat less...somewhere between 500-700 calories per day. I really encourage you to eat fruit, it helps you fill your stomach. I try to avoid citrics late in the evening because 5 minutes after I feel like I could empty the fridge. Laughing

Yesterday I had soup (350 ml) + pasta (75 grams), 2 clementines and around 30 unsalted peanuts. Late at night I wanted to cheat so I had peanuts to stop my cravings.

140 is fabulous!!!

I was going to say that the popcorn was probably the culprit for the .2 that day....sodium. When you know you are going to eat something high in sodium, just flush it out with plenty of water. Keep calm and carry on just as you did!!!

Herbsgirl, with your motivation you'll be in the 140's much sooner than me, I'm sure of that.

Weight today: 140.2 lbs.

Yesterday I had 2 persimmons (260 calories), 1 Snickers bar (242 cal), 1 big apple (150 cal). The apple I ate late in the evening when I wanted to cheat again. I really have a problem with cheating at night.

So far I've lost 16 pounds thanks to you girls.Thank you so muck for your kind words and encouragement. Overall I've lost 40 lbs. It has been such a long and difficult road and it's not finished yet (20 lbs more to go).

16 lbs!!!!! That is over 3 5lb bags of flour/sugar!!!!!! Just think of lugging all that around everyday! We don't realize how much it helps our bodies to lose this fat!!


What has helped me with motivation this time is stickk.com and also losing weight fast. I just put a commitment on myself to eat no more than 80 bites per day for the 1st week, 70 for the 2nd week, 60 for the 3rd week, and 50 for the 4th week. I figured that one month would be enough time to get me into it enough that I wouldn't back down quite as easy. Im sure it wont always be so easy for me!

I didn't feel very well yesterday and before yesterday, so I took a short break from the diet. That means that I ate without paying attention to calories, fat or sugar. I really needed to do it. I have no idea of how many pounds I've gained, but I don't care. I'm back on the plan again and hopefully, I'll lose 2-3 lbs next week.
