l- 5 bites veggie sub, 5 bites baked chips
d- 10 bites veggie pizza w/no cheese

today's weight:177.2
b- nothing
l- 10 bites veggie plate
d- planning 5 bites vegan burrito, 5 bites vegan rotel dip & chips

I did another coffee enema last night and I got rid of a lot of waste yesterday. I'm going to try to do it once every other day for a while and see how that goes.

I think I can reasonably lose another 7 pounds to be at 170 by my day 100 and that's what I'm going for now. Then I will start a new birthday challenge!

No loss and I was 5 biting! Haven't been to the bathroom in a while...so tonight 2 water enemas and 1 coffee enema...I've got to get this junk out of my body!

You do it the best you can love.. I am struggling with this too.. my stress is so high I do not want to count anything.. uuugh.. I want to lose weight but I am guessing it will hold on for dear life.. the Dr also said to me that while on candida cleanse I must go up in calories again.. uuugh.. really I hate this all.. I go back on the cleanse next thursday I think.. Hope you do better tomorrow love bug.. xoxo

I think it's normal that you don't go to the bathroom every day. It also happens to me. And that's because we eat small quantities of food.
Whether you lose the 7 lbs till the 25th or somewhere until the 30th, it will be a big success and it's doable. No doubt about it, you're able to do it.bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce

Well, I really messed up! It was fundraiser night at the pizza buffet place! I did not 10 bite, but I have definitely done a lot worse at that place! I have been doing so well with not cheating. I'm going to try really hard to not cheat until Thanksgiving. Do either of you ladies celebrate Thanksgiving????

weight: 176.6 down, but will be back up tomorrow for sure!!!!

weight: 177.7 I knew this would be up and it's not up 2 or 3 pounds, so I'll take it!

I'm not sure what to do about the 5 bites. It seems that I have been somewhat stuck this week even with the cheat set aside. I lost 5 pounds last week. Maybe my body just needs some time to adjust. I don't know! 10 bites is so easy for me to do and I can really stick with it. If the scale doesn't start moving soon I will have to figure something out!

I'm saying I lost 5 last week, then nothing this week...and I blew it again on dinner tonight! I have a bit of a cold and my resolve was just weakened. I should have been home in bed and not out eating Mexican food. We all have these times and I'll get through it. I just wish this would be a little bit easier!

I said before that I need to 5 bite when I can't measure my food and I really need to stick with that. I still have these goals that I want to meet so badly. If can't keep my resolve every day, then I won't meet these goals. I can't fall into the trap of letting myself mess up and excusing it. I need to get control of myself.No No No No No No

Ah Pumpkin.. we all have those days.. Wink  You need to not feel bad love.. I wish I could reach through this computer and hugs you so bad. It is not fun catching a cold and I for one will not do any 5 bite while truly sick. I am a chicken noodle soup girl (home made).. cracker and apple juice.. some times some ginger ale.. tonic if I have a fever.. so if you are getting sick.. relax and consume a yummy veggie noodle soup.. this you can not bite, but it will also not make you gain. d- 1/4 cup lentil soup, 1 slice of oat bran bread w/vegan spread (Smart Balance Light is vegan & delicious)

Looking for a nice loss tomorrow...two more weigh-ins and my 100 day challenge is done! Then I will be on to the birthday challenge! Praying to hit 170 by Wednesday, but if not I'm going to keep on going and will not change my December birthday goal.
