I just watched the videos, and they do make a lot of sense. I think I'll start doing this tomorrow as well. Not drink less than 30 mins before a meal, and not until 45 minutes after the meal and see how i do. If it really does help shrinking the stomach, then it definitely is worth giving a try.

You're doing great SnowWhite! I fell off the wagon yesterday as well. But as long as we keep coming back, that's all that matters

Today has not been a good day. I can't explain what is going on in my body right now. It seems to have a mind of its own. I don't know what is going on.

I bought the eat slower pro app that herb'sgirl uses. I'm going to restart with her plan of starting with 78 bites per day and decreasing it some each week and see if I can replicate her results! Wish me luck!

Here is the plan and it starts tomorrow! (If I gain, I may need to alter it a bit.)

wk1-78 bites per day-- Jan. 6-12
wk2-71 bites per day-- Jan. 13-19
wk3-60 bites per day--Jan. 20-26
wk4-40 bites per day--Jan. 27-Feb 2
wk5-36 bites per day--Feb. 3-9
wk6-34 bites per day--Feb. 10-16
wk7-33 bites per day--Feb. 17-23
wk8-23 bites per day--Feb. 24-Mar.2
wk9-18 bites per day--Mar. 3-9
wk10-18 bites per day--Mar. 10-16
wk11-18 bites per day-- Mar. 17-23 to goal

I amended weeks 9-11+ to not go lower than 18 bites per day and I think that this is doable. I need to step up with some exercise, too.

That is such a wonderful plan. I think I'm going to rethink my plan, and readjust it somewhat to something similar. Good luck!! I hope it works out well for you!!! I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

I had 46 bites today...much less than the 78 planned. I feel fine with that. We will see what the scale says tomorrow. I'm can't wait to see what will happen.

l- vegan burrito w/vegan sour cream & potato chips (15 bites)
s- pineapple tidbits (7 bites)
d- veggie sandwich w/french fries (24 bites) I was really full here and probably over did it...hoping I won't gorge on dinner every night.

46 bites!! bounce  I adjust my bite count as needed, too. If I see Im not going to hardly make it to my stickk goal, I will eat less bites or more fruit/veg ect, just adjusting as needed so that I can get the desired outcome!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree!!! When i have more bites at lunch, i tend to not need as many at supper...Unfortunately greed keeps getting the better of me, and I end up having more.
