A teaspoon would be ok, I think 1/2 Tablespoon to 1 Tablespoon is probably more average for a normal sized bite. The main thing is that your bites are all basicly the same size.

Dr Lewis says a Snickers candy bar is 5 bites. One of the girls on the facebook 5 bite group has pictures of crushing up a candy bar and it fit into a 1/3 cup heaping. This would mean that each bite--Dr Lewis Style-- is just around 1 Tablespoon give or take.

Really it doesn't matter that much if we are consistent on our bite size! Very Happy
