Figured it would help if I track my daily progress. My goal weight is 125 lbs.
First, been on appetite suppressant since February 17th, 2014- My weight then was 252 lbs.

4/26/14- My first day on the 5 Bite Diet (modified a little bit)- Weight: 225 lbs.

Breakfast: multi-vitamin, water, 5 bites of a protein bar, 3 sips of juice for my medicine
Lunch: 5 bites of a turkey/ham sub( it had lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and spinach on it), water
Dinner: 5 bites of a hot dog, 20 oz bottle of diet soda

I continued to drink water throughout the day, and three sips of juice for my evening meds.

I weighed myself first thing today 4/27/14, and I weighed 223.8! Lost 1.2 lbs- very proud of myself!
