No scale please!!! Empty No scale please!!!

This is the end of day 2. Did the coffee in the morning and 5 bites for lunch and five bites for dinner. The only problem is I dread getting on the scale. I'm not sure of my starting weight and I don't want to get on. I started yesterday (Saturday) with my husband. He lost two pounds as of this am.

We started on the same day! I don't think there is anything wrong with not weighing yourself if you aren't comfortable with it! I am a scale slave when dieting and avoid it at all costs when I am not... So maybe just once so you know where you stand and then again much later to see your progress or when you feel like giving up! Either way the beginning of this diet it not comfortable so if you don't want to step on the scale then don't do it!! We are all here for you! Congrats to both you and your hunny!!!

Mareh Thanks ! I was only going to try it over the weekend. Then I noticed it wasn't that bad. It's only been two days, I know. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning. It's funny, I can't sleep because I'm reading all the posts on this forum!

This mornings weight for day 3...
183.6!!! Feeling good about that number.
I did lose weight and I don't feel bad about not weighing myself on Saturday.
I will post what I ate a little later. There was weight loss...just not sure what it was.  Rolling Eyes

Congrats! On the weight loss and on being brave enough to step on the scale.

I just started but know a scale will throw me off of the plan. I am a stress eater and just know I can't handle a scale yet.

But kudos and keep it up!!

I too am a scale stress case! I just try to weigh every few days- always helps if i can see a loss! This really works-just believe you can do it-it has made me feel amazing- i am at the beginning of my 7th day- and 12 pound so far. Love this- and this forum really helps! We are here for you!
