Started today!
Hi all!
Happy to have found this, and this idea! I just got married, and truly want to start a family, but I definitely need to lose at least 45-60 pounds until I feel (and my doctor's feel) that it's a good idea to get pregnant.
My question is about nutrients? How does someone get enough nutrients, also--what about hair loss? Should I be concerned?

fruits
try to have fruit sallad for breakfast.
have your 5 bites for lunch and again for dinner
take green tea and if you're hungry in the night grab a fruit or make green veggie sallad without dressing

Thanks fayfest21! I will...good idea...just want to make sure I don't completely lose out on nutrition!
Day 1 was just fine, hope Day 2 is as easy, so far, super hungry! :-)

If you want to conceive avoid eat food such meat, fish, chicken and nuts..................
In first to three months of pregnancy eat good foods like- 1. Iron elements such as milk, cream, yogurt and cheese..
2. Eat green vegetables like Spinach, beans, carrots etc
3. Fresh fruits Orange, avocado, apple, lichi, tamotos
Hair loss is the common problem after baby birth.. Don't worry about it so much.This problem get resolved after 2-3 months of pregnancy....

I would eat normal food high in protein and take a prenatal vitamin instead of a regular multi vitamin. Don't worry so much. Worrying to much does more damage then the little things that pop up themselves.
