Glad you r back on the wagon Daani. on your next big occasion, celebration or outing, just pre-set your bites. stick to the adjusted bite count and its not cheating or falling off the wagon. Life happens even while we are on this diet. We dont want to miss out, but we also dont want to hinder our progress mentally or physically. so just consider it a learning time, and next time you will be better prepared on how to control your bites and how you will set limits on indulgence. You got this!!!!
