2nd day and going strong!!! Empty 2nd day and going strong!!!

Today is my second day on the 5BD and I am happy to say I am down 1.8 from yesterday and kind of failed lol I am having breakfast because I nanny and hard to do too much with out breakfast. My goal is to get to 130# I am currently 185.0
yesterday I ate. .
B: oatmeal with dehydrated strawberries 8 bites
L: 5 bites mac n cheese
D: 6" BLT with turkey from subway about 15 bites
S: cottage cheese, honey, and almonds 5 bites
and about a gallon of water, zero calorie strawberry kiwi carbonated water, and green tea

Today so far
B: cottage cheese, almonds, and honey 5 bites
L: planning on Greek yogurt, honey, almonds, 40g of protein Smile

You ate a lot and still lost some weight, great job!

Today is my 2nd day and I lost a total of 3.5 lbs I hardly ate yesterday but when I did eat, I took 6 bites and drank a lot of water and one diet green tea.

Really wasn't much compared to what I normally eat. Today I'm doing great not very hungry but ate a high protein breakfast most of the time I eat out of boredom so its not that I'm actually hungry. And the sandwich was because my boss bought it for me and I felt bad for saying no

5 bites chicken strip with Greek yogurt and almonds!! So yummy and super filling!!!

I am on my second day. Haven't weighed myself yet today.

SW: 149
GW: 125

Yesterday, I felt fine but had a bad hunger attack around 7PM which I managed to overcome. I am feeling tired today even though I had two strong cups of coffee this morning. I hope this feeling passes after the third day. Did anyone else feel fatigued from the low calorie intake? Does the feeling pass?

What have you eaten? I haven't had any hunger pains but I'm eating very high protein and low carb foods

Since carbs seem to make me more hungry Smile u could try quinoa!! Its really good for you and can be made for "breakfast foods" or dinner foods

Yesterday, I split a double quarter pounder with cheese into two meals. Today, I had half a bagel with cream cheese and salmon. The other half will be dinner.

You might want to try to cut carbs a little it will help with hunger if u increase your protein, I had chicken with Greek yogurt and almonds for lunch 5 bites and I'm still not too hungry and that was at noon and its a little after 4pm not

I'm not hungry. I'm just sleepy, as though I need more caloric stimulation to keep me energetic. Maybe by the fourth day I'll adjust, I hope.

2nd day down 3lbs
coffee with whitener
lunch snickers bar
snack celery and 4 pickles
dinner 10 bites of meat mixed with pasta

I feel really hungry hope this goes away after the third day????

So mad!!! I was doing so good yesterday then my ggma (whom I love with) wanted to go to the hibachi buffet and didnt want her mad becuz I wasn't eating, she gets very upset if you don't eat your moneys worth! So I woke up and weigh exactly the same! Thank god!! Phew now I'm on to day 3 and not gonna cheat or stray away
